Delivery and Return Policy
Shipping Policy
- Shipments originate from Edhas Commercial LLP warehouse in Surat, Gujarat via courier.
- Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for an alternative recipient (e.g., family member, colleague, neighbour), but note that the brand assumes no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative party.
- Some courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete delivery, which will be sent to the phone number provided during order placement (dependent on the selected delivery partner).
- Edhas Commercial LLP is not liable for any damage occurring after delivery.
- Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
- Shipping and handling fees may vary based on product characteristics such as size, weight, and packaging. Customers will be informed of these charges at checkout before making payments.
- The brand is responsible for complying with export and customs laws of the country from which the products are shipped. The consignee must ensure compliance with import and customs laws of the destination country.
- Customers must be aware of and adhere to their country's limitations on product quantities eligible for clearance upon arrival.
- While Edhas Commercial LLP will handle international order fulfilment, the consignee is responsible for customs clearance and compliance with all relevant laws, including payment of customs duties, taxes, and charges upon arrival in the destination country.
- In case an order is not cleared by customs in the destination country, Edhas Commercial LLP may consider refunding the order amount (excluding shipping and return duties) at its discretion, after deducting related expenses incurred.
- Please ensure that your order and its delivery comply with the laws of your country.
Returns & Refund policy
If you encounter leakage or damage to a product during delivery, please email us at or within 48 hours of delivery with the following details to initiate a product exchange:
- Complaint order number
- Invoice number
- Details of your request or complaint
- Images or videos supporting the complaint, clearly showing batch details
Depending on the nature of the complaint:
- For unsealed, leaking, or broken products: Provide images or videos of the damaged items, including spillage, mono-carton, and outer packaging.
- For missing, empty, or incorrect products: Include images or videos of the faulty item, along with spillage (if applicable) and outer packaging.
- Upon receiving your complaint, our team will respond within 3 working days. If an exchange is approved, you will receive an authorization number for the return. A reverse pick-up will be arranged, and upon verification in our lab, the replacement will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- All exchanged products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt and a document stating the dispatch address, customer's name and address, order number, and package contents.
- Please email this document and share images of the reverse pick-up consignment with your assigned customer care representative.
- Once the warehouse receives the package, the exchange order will be processed within 24 hours, and you will be provided with new tracking details.
- Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns are not permitted. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order, as we are unable to accept returns once products have been delivered. Thank you for your understanding.
Note : Gift box orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated under any circumstances. We kindly ask customers to ensure their decision to proceed with an order prior to shipment, as cancellations will not be possible once the shipping process has commenced.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation. Please note that once an order is cancelled and the refund process has commenced, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
